Born in Los Angeles and raised in New York, Nick Barrotta introduced himself to the entertainment industry at an early age and quickly became a sports and pop culture enthusiast.
In Middle School, Barrotta would often set up a fake microphone and interview his friends as if they were Michael Jordan, Derek Jeter or others he idolized at the time.
In 2012, Barrotta graduated from Hofstra University with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism. While attending the University, Barrotta utilized Hofstra's close proximity to Manhattan and eventually landed an internship position with personality/blogger, Micah Jesse and later with News 12 and CELEBUZZ.
Nick immediately fell in love with covering the hottest events and attending all of the coolest industry parties in New York City.

Since then, Nick has interviewed some of the biggest names in Hollywood such as John Legend, Khloe Kardashian, Christian Slater, Viola Davis, Olivia Culpo, Terry Crews, Anthony Anderson, Joe Manganiello, Christina Milian, Nina Agdal, Victor Cruz, Jane Lynch and Wilmer Valderamma.
Nick has worked with several media outlets and publications including Entertainment Tonight and TheWrap. However, it's his entrepreneurial drive that led him to create his very own brand in NickyBtv.
